    Do I need to provide original physical documents?

    No. A clear scan or high-quality photograph of the original is sufficient for the translation. Make sure the image shows the entire document, including any stamps or signatures, and that the text is fully legible.

    What file formats can I upload?

    We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and most common image formats. If you only have a hard copy, simply photograph each page on a flat surface in good lighting and upload the images directly.

    How will I receive my completed translation?

    The completed certified translation is delivered as a digital PDF by email. This is the format required by most Australian and New Zealand authorities, and it can be forwarded, printed or uploaded as needed.

    Can I request a printed hard copy?

    Yes. A printed and signed hard copy can be added to any order at checkout. It is posted to your nominated address within Australia or New Zealand. The digital PDF is supplied with every order regardless.

    What happens if I notice a mistake in my translation?

    Get in touch as soon as you spot the issue. If the mistake is on our side, such as a typo or a misread of the source document, we correct it at no charge. If the source document itself contains incorrect information, the translator must reproduce it as written.
